my eye wishes to see more of the trees rather than the emphasis on the ground. but thats a matter of personal preference really
Nice ridge top. Good leading lines too. My eyes don't stay in one place when I am looking at the image, just trying to take it all in. I know that sounds counter dictive but it works for me in this pic. If I may be so bold to ask how did you shoot this?

I like the way you described your reaction, Schottzy. As for the how - not sure what you mean but the camera info: 20D w/24-70 f2.8. Exposure: 1/60 @f5, ISO=200. The processing in PSCS2. I intentionally shot with the camera low to the ground as to capture more of the path than the entire scene.
