I submitted a few photos to a photography contest. They e-mailed me back asking me for a title for this one:

Any brilliant ideas? Maybe something referencing Poe?

The picture was taken in Nanyuki, Kenya.

Re-cropping this would do wonders for the image. Too much empty space on the left and the birds have very little room "to look." Name suggestion; Early Morning Lookout.

You're right. To be honest, the picture's always irked me -- though I don't think cropping it will help. If anything, I would have to edit it to move the post to the far left so the birds are looking towards the right. That or flip the post while keeping the landscape the same.

Some of you suggested a theme of friendship. Right now, I'm thinking about:

Lonely Together

or

Alone Together
