I took two images, one of this little girl at a ballet recital and the other of a shack while riding around aimlessly
I combined them in Photoshop., painted 'Libby' almost entirely with brush # 13 &19 and grunged up the BG and added snow with Alien skin plug in.

I visit this forum often even though it's not my thing and this is the first time I have felt compelled to post. I LOVE this. I don't usually like the 'paintings' on this forum but for some reason this one really works for me. It has a Norman Rockwell feel to it. Great work.
A mesmerizing image Susi. The subject and the background are so incongruous
and yet they seem to go together... and it has a calming feel to it, in spite of the the bleak surroundings.... very nice!
