p.1 #1 · Help saving this picture

I was just wondering if anyone has any ideas on saving this photo. When I took this shot I accidentally cut the top of the sandhill cranes head. Anyone have any ideas on how to make this better?

OK, do you have any shots with the cranes head in frame? If you do I can tell you how I saved a shot....

Not the same shot but there is a top to the head.

It might be doable. It's a large job though as it would be a composite job which takes time & patience... It would be easier if you have one with the top of the cranes head in about the same position.

Do you belong to any pp forum? They're great at this. I only know how to work on it the hard way & it's something that takes me a long time. Only done it once for one shot.

Here is my attempt. I asked some people in the pp forum and used their tips.

Nice "fix" very believeable. I would of just figured Dummy, you missed, and chalked it up to a learning phase..
