Yes, as I said in the room, it can get really awkward if the conversation is about 'a 70-200' and you can't see from the text on screen if it's a Canon or a Nikon, for example.

Are you supposed to form attack teams? Ambush them as they enter? I'm not sure of the protocol here.
One of the nice things about the forums is that they serve as a record of the discussions. With chat rooms you won't be able to "find that posting about sensor cleaning that you saw three months ago".
I wonder if it will change the nature of what goes into the forums vs. what gets discussed live.
Yeah, it was working for a few hours a couple of nights ago, but with a few problems. Now it seems to be completely offline. It was fun while it lasted.
