Nice composition and good sharpness on the eye. The colors are maybe a tad too saturated but that's nitpicking.

If thats the only nitpick... thats easy enough to correct! The blue is a little punchy, I suppose.

Andrew,

the first one is nice - - but the second one is wonderful.....

(If I was to nitpick.... I would just have liked to see a tad more room in front of the beak for the GBH to look into) But that's a personal choice. Past that - - - beautiful GBH just love the shot.

Second one nicely displays the plumage and has great lighting, I'm with Lil on giving a littler more room to the right and possibly a little tight on the left too. Both are very good, nice color.
