I gotta believe that is the sadest expression I have ever seen on an eagle in that second shot. Boy were you getting the stare down on that first shot! Dinner looks good......................Ha

Yeah, ditto on #2 - sad expression and a great wall hanger. Very nice images, especially considering the teleconverter.

Nice shots Cliff. These could use a slight tweak in levels to bring out some more detail/contrast. #2 is great! I'd give it a touch of NR, a tweak on levels, and put it up on my wall.

Number two (2) is just a total winner. Ever heard the expression "Drenched cat" (sure you have) - - this is a "Drenched Eagle"

When I first saw 2 I thought it had to be the saddest eagle ever. Then reading the comments I had to laugh at all the others with the same thought. Great job. Poor eagle.

#2 is a great shot because it's unusual and emotional. If your gut feeling was that this was a good one -- do more!! Go for emotion in addition to the tradition of sharp/comp/etc. Cool!
