paypal also has a merchant account that lets you accept credit cards (you enter the numbers on line using a virtual terminal). They also integrate into your website seemlessly with no PayPal branding. So you can options like:
Pay by check
pay by credit card
(and if you like)
pay by paypal
Very few people prefer to pay via paypal and having a separate CC link adds to the professionalism of your site.
