Nice shot, My only criticism would be that it isnt quite straight. I have just tried a 1 degree CCW rotation and crop - this made the verticals much more pleasing. I also tried cropping out the heavy branch in the to RH corner too but that one is definately one for personal preference
As the US government cant afford a gardener you might want to clone out the dead leaves
