I know it tends to mark up quickly anyway, but are there any good methods for keeping seamless from getting marked up so quickly? I'm not a paper miser - but I also don't want to have to pull more out after 3 outfits (especially during an all day shoot). I've heard of taping shoes, but are there any other tricks?
Like I mentioned earlier, I'm no paper miser, and have no problem rolling out a few more feet - but I dont' want to have to do it ever 10 minutes over a day long shoot.
For those who use white vinyl, do you have problems matching it to seamless? For example, have you been able to find something that matches Savage's arctic white?

Do you just like the color of the savage? The vinyl you use just like a roll of paper, except you just clean it instead of tearing off the old.
I assisted for a guy that used the same pads of double sided tape type stuff I've seen at basketball games. The clients would step onto a series of welcome mat style mats and then these tape pads to get everything off of their shoes and then step onto his muslins for dance style shots. It worked fantastically but was basically another case full of gear that he carried.
I use formica? Not sure if that is spelled right , but it is the stuff they used to cover the top of cheap kitchen counters or tables..:+}
Works great and easy to clean as well. Also comes in MANY colors..:+}
