p.1 #1 · Photoshop and Frames - Need Help

Okay so I bought FM Frames and they are loaded in to Photoshop 7. Now I have no idea what the heck I am doing. How do I open a picture and get the frame behind it. there has got to be a simpler program out there!

First off, open an image by going under File>Open
Then, go to Window>Actions
See the little box on the screen come up with the "actions" tab? You'll find Fred's actions there. Find the one you want, and click the lil' play button at the bottom of the box.

Photoshop is a top-notch tool, but the learning curve is somewhat steep, especially to begin with. If you're having trouble, suggest you check your local library for any books on photoshop.
