Rule of thumb is to not frame through joints - you got the elbow and his hand on the first 2.
The first 1 - I would crop differently - it looks heavily cropped - can you post the original so I can suggest. I would try getting the hands in the 1/3 region and get rid of the framed through arm.This picture has the most potential for me because it shows an emotion.
2 hands cropped through. The background is distracting - you could try selecting background and blurring. But ultimately you are taking a picture of a off moment where he is wiping.
3 is framed too tight around his head for my liking. I think the foot and him are competing in this image. Make the picture about him and give him space if you have it. And fix the background by blurring. I would see what removing the tilt would do. It would be better if you were lower and could see his face.
