Last spring I decided to give macro a shot, so I got the converter thing for my 70-200 f4l and went out into my backyard to try and find something interesting to shoot. I found this guy hanging out so I got a couple snaps of him.

I've gotten better since then, and just recently got a 100mm macro, but I like this shot anyhow, even if it's not the best.

It's often the context of the shot rather than the shot itself that makes it interesting - not bad but suspect you have done better since
