J.C.C. Offline Image Upload: Off Sertoma Butterfly House - First Macro Shots This is my first post here. I got a Canon 100mm macro and some extension tubes in December. I had my first chance to try my hand at macro shooting earlier this week at a butterfly house in Sioux Falls, SD, while I was there visiting my mother-in-law. I must say that I can see me forming quite a habit shooting macro. It is quite a challenge, but it is a blast. I have been looking at this forum for quite some time now, and have been amazed at some of the photos I have seen here. You can expect to see more posts from me in the future. Please, any C&C, negative or otherwise is totally welcome. I barely know what I am doing really. So, I would love to receive as many tips and as much advice as possible. Of all the shots, my favs are 6 & 9. 6 is supper sharp and really shows of the mouth part of the butterfly and I really like the comp and perspective on the last shot.
