I've tried at least 6 times to change my avatar. The image I chose from my files is 60x43 pixels, so it's within the size limits. I click on the change avatar link, chose the photo, upload, I get a message that says my new avatar has been uploaded, and when I get directed back to the main page, my old avatar is still there. I check back on some of my postings, and the old one is still there. I waited overnight, and tried again this morning, and it still doesn't work. Any help would be appreciated.

Fred, I've tried everything. I've been able to pick one of yours, but then I'll go to my files after I click on "choose file" and then "upload custom avatar" and I wind up with the same one(girl in black jacket that was there before I changed it to yours) instead of the new one I pick from my file.
So I can change the girl/black jacket to one of yours, but if I pick "custom" I wind up back with the girl again.

Yes, I'm aware of that. Only the custom upload is not working properly.

O.K. I picked another shot from my files. I made this a jpeg at 55x37px just to make sure that it was small enough. As you can see, no change when I chose it. I then chose one of the one's supplied by FM, and it worked. While having this one as my avatar, I went back to my files chose the 55x37 shot again as the custom avatar, and I got the old one again. Frustrating.

I can see you were able to upload your current avatar. It's located on the custom avatar folder. The questions is why you were able to upload and we were not.
Could this be a permission issue?

Fred, I'm JDeV, the OP of this thread and I still can't get it to work. Brainiac is someone who posted in my thread, forget Brainiac, I still can't get it to work. You said last night, that if I email the new image to you, you would upload it for me. I sent 2 separate emails with the new image-a color shot of a boy with a mean look. My old avatar is the blond girl in the black jacket-the one that's still here.
I got your message but there was nothing attached. You must attach the image to the email.
Can you please reply to this post and upload the avatar via Image Upload?
Once it shows on the message I will be able to work on it.

I used Safari too. I think Fred has put his finger on the problem. Looks like you can upload new custom avatars, but you can't overwrite previous custom avatars. We'll fix it.

Brainiac, no offense, I just thought Fred thought you had the problem and then it got fixed, while I still had the problem. Thanks for your help also.
