Love this!

I've been attempting a few live band shots lately with mixed results.

Not really sure how best to go about it though?

Flash keeps it sharp but destroys a lot of the stage lighting.
No flash then I'm either pushing the ISO right up or getting blurred results.

Any advice much appreciated.
