All Milo remembers about her mother is her "honey" colored eyes, she used to call him Milo short for Camilo. She died when he was 4 years old, he used to make a living sweeping the entrance of a building in downtown; now he is being taken care of by Seņor Garcia and his family.

Thank you Brad, the original had the expression but not the effect I wanted.
I used Photoshop CS2, I usually work on the hightlights and then I apply the hue and coloring on layers so I can play with the opacities, I also applied the sharpening with a mask to avoid some artifacts in some areas.
