Nice widefield... the milky way shares a similar shape and structure to the pine trees framing it. Too bad we have to go to Northern Arizona to see such a sight.
I agree with you on the last statement. There is a certain irony that in our modern world, we are trying to reach for stars that most of us can no longer see. The very thing that inspired people in the past to new heights is drowned in our achievements.
