We weren't actually on the grounds, so these are all really heavy crops. But loved the three generations flight... how cool was that... photos look faked because of the difference in the planes!
ps Jon, I think I would have used the vertical lines of the doorway as a vertical horizon reference and allowed the natural hill to be part of the shot, but regardless that's a nice image!

Great caps DJ!
Actually when I showed some coworkers the 3 generations flight that I got (the one of all three from below) they commented that it looked photoshopped (well I didnt show them the fullsize then they would've seen that it was a bit blurry). Funny enough that the "main stage" was backlit because of clouds in that direction... So not many blue skies... It was a great learning experience for me, and that 3 gen flight + p51d shot that I got made my day.
Not to cause unrest (my apologies to the lovely feline above). Here is a shot of my 10 month old Chocolate Labrador. This is usually the look I get when I'm working and not playing with her...
BTW, shot with my new D3. LOVE this camera so far.

Thanks. The more I look at it, the more I feel I should have done that from the start.
I think there's some place in south america where they have a similarly death defying, crumbling sidewalks bolted to the side of sheer cliff faces type trail through the mountains. Unfortunately I can't remember the name right now
