Thank you! Oblomow is correct, and I also do not feel like this shot does the sheer size of this dome any justice. It is just dizzying as you enter the wide open expanse of the main floor and see the size and height in person.

Thanks for the compliments on the Hagia Sophia. I have some more, but I have yet to process them and we'll see if they turn out alright or not! I'll post some more if they do though.

Awesome scene! Love the way there is pretty much half sky half grass, but the horizon is far from symmetrical.

Here are my best portraits so far. Just shot a couple friends that are all tattooed up. I just got my strobes last week, I have been doing nature and sports photography primarily so portrait work is almost foreign to me.

Beautiful image, BluePixel! Have you tried cloning out the right-most tree to see what it would look like? Either way, I'd have that one on my wall if I were you

I can't let my 1.8 take full credit for that shot, because it has a D700 and NX 2's high pass filter to help it out.

But, I do believe my 85/1.8 is one of the best 1.8's you'll ever find. Soft at 1.8, but sharpens in an almighty hurry by 2.2., and by 2.5 it is wickedly sharp. It clearly outperforms my 1.4 at similar apertures. It just can't quite compete with the 1.4's out of focus rendition.

Regarding the film, I think it may be just cheap Kodak Gold. Either that or Fuji Superia.
