Will it is actually week 3 but for me it was my second time out. Still lots of learning to do. Lights around here are not great but they could be worse.
Last night I shot Granite City vs Alton Sr High, very nice stadium and great fans. The town really supports the teams. Last night offered a couple of firsts for me. 1. I had to shoot from the press box so I was elevated and stuck in pretty much one spot. 2. They had food and drinks for everyone! Hard to beat free Pizza and cola!

Not my best by a long shot, overall I am not happy with the results. I really need a 300/2.8. Still struggling with using two bodies but I have learned to like being able to switch between the 300 and 70-200 on the fly. It just doesn't look very smooth when I do it.
All photos were shot RAW with the 70-200 or 300 starting at iso 400 and moving on up to 3200 and underexposing a bit then correcting in PS .
