When I put a light source, the shadow doesn't change. So do I have to turn something else on?

Awesome. New to lighting, and this seems like the perfect tool.
Thanks!

Here's one from today with the setup. I converted setup, image of setup up and image with subject into a flash animation just like I did on page 7 of this thread.

I really like the SWF idea. One thing that would make it even better.. being able to pause and next/previous buttons.

Perity, what is that reflector setup you've got goin' on in the holloween set. It looks like a great alternative to what I am using.
Thanks,
Ryan

Nice, really nioce, but I´m wondering how in earth you get those shadows?
I´m using at the moment win-XP and PS6, but no matter how I rotate or move any light I don´t get any kind of a shadow anywhere, what I´m doing wrong?
