Hah. I would not call the Canon 24-105mm IS the perfect wedding or portrait lens by any means. Perfect travel lens yes. I can see that the Canon marketing employees are not real photographers.

I wonder where that came from. You can get the 5D at B&H for $2900 and a few dollars and with another $300 discount (if this is real) that's a pretty good price!
The battery grip is another $200 and some.
I purchased the 30D + battery grip through Dell on my small business premier account for about $1349 with tax. I have the battery grip already with the 30D on the way.
I may have considered purchasing the 5D if I would have known about this. =/
But still I cannot find it anywhere on the Canon USA website! Has anyone else located it
