I keep thinking I took that one with a minolta 7d and tokina 100-300f4, but I could be wrong. It was just a baby gator. Raptors? Like this?: These were taken right next to our condo.... txbonds Offline Image Upload: Off p.1 #9 · Nikon shots from my area hehehehe Going through these old shots and sharing them with both you folks and myself, I've come to two conclusions........... 1.) I must be crazy for recently thinking I needed to sell my 70-200vr. Almost every pictures I've taken over the last year or so that I've really enjoyed has come from this lens. So, that being said, my 70-200vr stays a little longer. 2.) Comparing my nikon shots with my KM and Canon shots, I can see why I felt I needed to come back to Nikon. While my KM and Canon shots are not bad, they just don't have the same feel to them as my Nikon shots do. The KM has the best control interface but I just couldn't get happy with lots of other stuff. The canon had the worse control interface, but I couldn't get but about a 1% keeper ratio using it. The D200 reminds me of the good things I liked about both the D2H and the D70, and combines mostly only the good things of both of those into one camera. I'm happy.
