Wow Les, I am in awe

I have been out twice this winter and only have about three flight images for my effort. I really envy your talants.

I will say this, you have really great light, I am going to try your tricks in my next outing. They say next Friday will be clear again.

Thanks for the information. I'll have to try some of your techniques. I think it will be a case of going out and sitting as most of the places where we can drive down here, they don't offer a very good shooting position.

Look forward to seeing more of your photos this winter.

Thanks much for the kind words. The hand held part just isn't that hard. Many, like me, find that they get better results that way, and the size and weight really aren't an issue because they idea is that you anticipate when action is going to happen, and only then do you pick of the camera. Usually, it is not up for more than a few seconds at a time.
