p.1 #1 · My quandry


I'm wrestling with wether or not I should get the D200 or more glass.

I plan to shoot more weddings/events in the coming year - and am really thinking the D200 would be a great benefit there.

I would also love to shoot more landscape and nature, and would love to get either the Tokina 12-24 or a long-ish prime.

I know Nikon will probably come out with a newer/better body in a couple of years. I also know that quality glass will last me much longer than that.

Help!

I'm no expert, but a backup body might be invaluable at a wedding.

take a peek thru the VF once they are out in the market and decide from there , I know for me I cannot use a D70 for event work , I simply cannot see well enough thru that thing

I actually have a couple D70 bodies. Wouldn't dare try it w' one!

Yeah, being able to see shure doesn't hurt does it? I can see ok through my D70 but maybe that's because I'm used to it. It sure isn't anything like looking through an X that's for sure.
