There have been lots of talk about the compression setting while shooting raw in the past. I am wondering which setting is more used for JPEGs. I noticed it has size priority and quality priority, I'm sure someone on here has done some testing.
Oh my gosh! I finally found a question nobody has an answer too? Probably because it's a minute issue. I was just wondering how much difference there were between the two....guess I'll have to stop being lazy and do it myself.
Honestly, I didnt end up with the D2X to shoot jpegs, so I dont think the thing has ever been in that mode!
Obviously, though, I would think quality priority would be the only useful setting, unless, somehow, consistency in file size was important... I am not sure why anyone would use size priority.
