Every once in a while, I get into a creative rut, where most of my shots start to look the same, or I just don't have the creative energy to generate anything fresh or out-of-the-ordinary. Well, these past few months have been one of those times. A friend of mine lent me a 10.5mm fisheye lens a few days back, and the results have been pretty amazing. Not to say that every shot that I take is a keeper, but looking through a piece of glass that is soooo different than what I am used to, really has got my juices flowing, so to speak. Does anyone else have a similar piece of gear, or location, or anything else that never fails to get you back on track? Sort of like a cure for "writers" block?
While I love my fisheye... the one thing that will get me back on track is my 18-35mm mounted on my F4s... being that wide with that big of a viewfinder... I love it.
