My 500 mm lens is in 9.5 condition and includes:
* Wimberley AP-554: QR Replacement Foot for Arca Swiss Tripods
* Both original caps
* Nikon original lens hood
* Original pouch to cover front element
* Aquatech Soft Lens Cap
* Nikon Gel Filter Holder
* Two Nikon Feet: one long, one short
* Mint Original Nikon Suitcase with KEY!
Sharp Lens. Glass is pristine. Everything looks great.
I purchased this lens used in pristine condition and have used it for two trips to shoot Sandhill Cranes at the Bosque del Apache.
The new, VR version of this lens costs $10,295, link to B&H webpage: https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1166858-REG/nikon_af_s_nikkor_500mm_f_4e.html
Considering how often you will actually handhold that almost 7 lb lens, is it worth almost $6,000 more than this AF-S beauty?
I used it with a D500 cropped sensor body and they worked great together. Fast AF, fact bursts, extended reach. I am told using the 1.4 or 1.7 teleconverter yields excellent results.
Lots of pictures for you to peruse.....
Send me a PM if you are interested.
Price is for payment using paypal gift or other type of payment that does not include seller fees. Thanks.

My favorite wildlife lens for over 10 years. Tack sharp with fantastic bokeh. You rarely see these available in this condition. GLWS
