Single Shot, Gitzo Legs with Manfotto 410 Geared Head, Canon T3i, Tokina 11-16mm (set at 12mm), 100 ISO, 1/10 sec., f22, Lightroom 4 to TIFF, then a slight use of tonal contrast in Nik Color Efex Pro plugin. Most of the PP takes place in LR.
This has a very refreshing feel, and you've handled the direct light very well. I think your shutter speed was a very wise choice. My only suggestion would be to darken the mid tones and dark tones just a hair to bring out some more richness to the slope on the right, and the mossy rock on the left. Excellent work!
I really like that "waist deep in the water" feel that this has. It really puts you in the scene. As mentioned, the shutter speed chosen is perfect, just enough to get some movement while retaining details. Well done.
