I'm a Late Model fan.

I like your work. After seeing the series, I can almost hear the engines powering down in between races and taste the dirt in my beer. Love it!

Thanks John. The sprints are a different breed, cars and drivers. They come through here on tour about once a year and make for some good photos.

Brent, thanks. The car in #3 has some photographer friendly colors that make my job easier!

Hey Jefferson. I think it's just the summer light. It is still decent until 9:00 pm or so which is about halfway through the program.

Travis, things only got worse for the #1 car. That was like the second shot in a sequence. He was rattled pretty badly and it took a while to get him out of the car. This was the first lap of the first heat race. The driver walked it off, the crew put the car back together and he made the feature. Pretty impressive. Hey Ted. Most of the drivers haul their own cars to the track so this guy was in line at the pit entrance waiting to check in and unload. I wonder if the car on the trailer in front of him should be more in focus? I may play with it some next time.

10-4. There were some magazine guys there and one other person I didn't know. The more I think about it I think it was the guy from dt52 photos. No biggie either way.
