Just got back from a three week road trip from Colorado to Canada. Here's an image of a popular barn that gets photographed on a daily basis. Thanks for looking.
Hey, this must be ultra wide angle. I have never seen this look before and I am sure I have stood about here. You must have the fence at your back. I think I have a 50 mm shot from this location.
At first I thought you were across the road. Hey where are all the other photags?
That is a cool composition, I have shot from that angle a couple of times in the past because I really like the way the trees frame the barn. In the fall if you shoot it from there, usually the water isn't there, but you can get fall colors and have fallen leaves on the ground.
I like your shot, it looks nice, but one thought would be to brighten up the tree trunks. It does catch my eyes that there is detail in the tree trunks until partway up the trees and then they turn black.
Very nice clouds you got. Looks like a lovely Spring day to be out with a camera. I agree with Jim about the trees: they have the look of a hard GND running across them.
