I like the third one with first being second choice (maybe clone out the blue trail marker, normally I have a zero cloning rule for landscape stuff, but rarely I will take out a minor man made detail if there was no other way to get around it, like a wire crossing a view or a bright trail marker if it doesn't fit).
Love the dacks! Wonderful forests there too. One of the few places (along with Porcupines of Michigan and Smoky Mtns of TN/NC) that have anything approaching even slightly extensive amounts of old-growth forest left in the East these days (or even in the whole country for that matter, since the West got really mangled in the 50s and again in the 80s and mostly it is all gone even there too, in fact in the Adirondacks you can actually climb up and look out for miles and have a better chance of not seeing logging clearcuts all over than you can by far most places out West these days).
