You've got a bunch of nice captures here but watch those horizons. The only ones I'm not crazy about are number 5 (a rather unflattering expression on his face) and there is something odd about number 8. I like the rain and the isolation. Maybe a portrait crop would help, but I think it's a bit odd that he looks like his shorts were tucked into the top of his socks. Like 5 it is lacking action and doesn't really tell a story other than the rain.
