Last Saturday (1st June) we took a boat out to watch the annual race round the Isle of Wight. 1459 yachts race from Cowes with the fastes doing it in under three hours (Olympic Gold medallist Ben Ainslies set a new record of 2 hrs 52 minutes 15 secs - whilst the last boat to finish took just under 13 hours!
Anyway, here are a first selection of the images I took from our workboat which stayed off The Needles until the fleet had passed.
