Here's a shot I took 3 months ago during a trip to Thailand at the Grand Palace. It is a 30 second exposure so the sky is pretty still but the people are blurred.

I've revisited this photo recently and tried a few edits.

First, I tried to accentuate the clouds. Then I tried a radial blur which was the look I was hoping for when taking the shot.

I'd appreciate any CC or input on which one you guys like best, I don't usually use PS for anything more than spot removal but I like the way this one turned out.

ND? How did you get a 30sec exposure? When we were there it closed before it was dark enough for that sort of exposure
