Ya gotta watch near daily, that's a fine zoom, gave mine to a disabled friend when I got the 70-200 F4L IS, but it's a bit of glass that is really nice to have in a pinch
Nice lens... It was on a $200 rebate when purchased with a t3i last year when I picked it up. I ended up selling it for a profit but it was a very good and underrated lens.
Pretty good lens. The only ribs against it were AF noise, contrast, a bit of sharpness on the long end, and the existence of Tamron's 70-300 VC. It doesn't line up that far from a 70-200/4L IS with a teleconverter.
