I don't know of a dedicated site for pros (besides many pros won't provide details of how the shot was taken in order to protect their craft), but www.pbase.com has a lot of quality images from excellent photographers and offers an equipment database for those who wish to use it.

If you know the pro's name you're interested in, just start building a bookmark directory of the pro sites. It's educational. How they market, their website, what they charge for prints... Also depends on the pro photography style. Landscapes? Wedding Photographer?
There are some pros that occasionally post here, but not too many, or their postings are very infrequent.
Dave Black's website is good. The link takes you to his monthly online workshops (free) that shows various images, how they were made and gives you all camera info. Good site, especially if you like sports.Dave Black
