Which is more useful for portraits, weddings, parties, DX camera? Have a Nikon 18-105mm a the moment.

weddings, parties? I'd rather use a prime lens than a big zoom unless I'm paid do take pictures in those events.

I'd wait for this...one will be on my D7K when it's released (I make a living on FX 75% of the time, but that % might change)
