Here's a few shots I took last weekend in NYC. I posted a thread of the color versions in another forum but I really like the B&W conversions so I figured I'd post them here.
Thanks Tom and Ray! I actually like #3 a lot, I tend to include too much in my photos so doing something minimalistic/more abstract for a change was nice.
Well - the first two are from my neighborhood, and just excellent work with a fresh eye to that view of Manhattan. I'm leaning to the first one. I like these more than the color versions.

Thanks! My original plan was do do only B&W pics with the wooden posts but the color ones turned out surprisingly good due to the incoming storm. Glad you like the B&W!
I re-did some of the processing on these and took your guys's suggesitons. I also discoverd the advanced contrast/structure/brightness sliders in Nik Silver EFEX Pro 2, I can't believe I've been using the program without them! I went a bit overboard with this edit but I like what it can do/having so much control.
I overdid the horizon correction in the panorama, working on fixing that now.
