#2. The foliage around the bottom of the frame and the clouds at the middle and top provide attractive interior framing for the volcano, and add a layer of interest,texture, and locale.
The first three photos are very nice landscape photos of the volcano. In the fourth with the school bus, the volcano seems to be of diminished importance. Is there a relationship and underlying meaning that you were trying to establish between the school bus and volcano? In my minds eye, perhaps the school bus stands for our quest for knowledge about this incredible natural phenomenon.

Diggin' the tonal values in the clouds of the first one, but as a comp #2 is the one that I'd spend any time on to correct, which looks like it is going to take a fair amount to do, given the WB/exposure challenges.
Took a stab at it ... could use some more work, but you get the gist.
