Recently I got myself a Zeiss Sonnar 85mm f/2.8 c/y mount.
I love the IQ but one thing bugs me a bit.
As seen on the photo below I see a disc with the highlight disc. Something not seen on my Canon EF 100 f/2 (bottom photo). Both are 100% crop photos.
What is the reason this happens? the Zeiss glass looks 100% clean

I'd guess it's due to the optical design, not a defect. You'll probably find that the rendering of the out of focus specular highlights is different for objects in front of the plane of focus vs. those behind the plane of focus. Most seem to be primarily concerned with background rendering and overlook that foreground rendering can be different.

I think you are right. I made 2 quick tests with objects behind the plane of focus. f/2.8 and f/4
