A few great apes, and some very human behavior. I photographed them as San Francisco Zoo was closing for the day, and I was pretty much the only one there. The chimp I spied and photographed through grass, he/she didn't see me.
Yea zoos aren't my favorite either, I prefer visiting sanctuaries instead. But reluctantly I think zoos can serve an educational purpose, if done right.
