Hey Paul,
A nice shot, but winter shots without snow all around always miss the mark just a bit. But you did a nice job here with the barren trees and scene before you. As for the snow/ice pack at the bottom of the falls, that's common and happens every winter.

I do know that Jim, but I thought it was interesting and a lot of people never see it. I'm planning to also show some of my hikes to the top of Nevada falls which I never see postings of.
