I am thinking about selling my 1d3. I have noticed that the prices have falling, but was wondering what the value would be on one that has a new shutter and really good body "i would rate it a 8+". I already have a 5d3 and was thinking about getting a Fuji x100s instead of having the 1d3. What do y'all think about the value of the 1d3?
Somewhere between $1000 to $1200. You could try listing it here for $1100 and see what response you get. Or start higher and work your way down if it doesn't sell. I bought one here for $1000, but I needed to send to Canon for focusing issues, fixed at N/C. So, $1100 sounds pretty fair if it is in as good of shape as you say. Still a pretty nice camera, and I'd think about keeping it (especially compared to the Fuji). 5D3 and 1D3: has a good ring to it!
