I've got 2 600EX-RT for their radio capability. Anyone knows how can I make my 430EX-ii "radio enable" so that way I could use 600EX-RT with 430EX-ii. Anyone know any trick to make 430EX work with radio ?

Like Danny wrote, if you want to add the 430EX II to the mix, you have to go optical as radio wireless won't work anymore...
Another budget solution is to ditch your 600ex-rt's and get Yongnuo flashes and radio triggers.
Thanks guys for input, let me ask you this can 430EX ii be added with some sort of radio receiver that could allow for its use with 600EX-RT or Canon uses propriety radio interface that will not work with more generic receivers that are on market ?

The way to use both your 430EX and your B400 with one or more 600EX-RT Speedlites that are in radio mode is to use Manual flash power rather than ETTL. That way there are no metering preflashes from the Speedlites.
The B400 will then be triggered by the flash from the 600EX, via its built-in optical trigger, and you can optically trigger the 430EX by using one of these:
