I have found it is best to split stands/modifiers and heads/packs, I use a kata stand bag (comes in different lengths) and my profoto acuteB2 is in it's own backpack - speedlights in my camera bag.
If you want a bag that is airline "checked bag" compliant and has rollers, the Lightware ROLLING STAND BAG RC1038 might be what you are looking for. They are a bit pricey, but I think well worth every penny because of their build quality. They are also Made in USA. B&H has them for about $324.
separate cases for the stands is the norm. they're not the same shapes as strobes and don't need as much padding. Putting everything together would make for one weird shaped, space wasting and heavy case.
The Tamrac Lightspeed bags work well for this. The dividers can fold over and accomodate stands up top. Down below you can place your lighting gear in the separated compartments.
