My initial thought is you must have a stronger shoulder than me

I have a shoulder bag wich I use for my 7D/17-55 but it gets mighty uncomfortable when I put my 80-200L in there as well .

I restrict its use to the 7D + 17-55 and a bottle of coke and a couple of snacks . At least then as I go thru the day the bag gets lighter

I use a TT Urban Disguise 35 and it can fit everything you listed, an iPad or up to 13" laptop, and then some small miscellaneous items as well (cards, batteries, etc). Here is a quick iPhone pic with the dividers removed so you can see how things fit. I really like the small form factor and it is great to actually shoot out of. Like other TT bags, very discreet and doesn't shout "photo bag."

Tamrac Velocity 10

I wouldn't . I've tried the velocity 10 a while back (still have it in the loft) I found it the most uncomfortable thing I've ever used .
packed full (xxD body , 80-200L , 24-10L , 12-24/4 & 580EX ) i found it too heavy on just the one shoulder that a backpack would have made a much more comfortable ride , but with only a couple of bits in (where the weight was fine) it was too cumbersome that a proper shoulder bag would be the better option .

I know what i said top of this thread But I currently use a lowepro event manager 150 . I find it a great little bag of a single body and a couple of small (ie 17-55 & 12-24/4) little lenses . Its just that when the 80-200L is in there I find it gets a little on the heavy side .

I like the fact I can store my iPad nice and safe in the inside pocket as well

A Crumpler 7mil could work if you reversed the hood on the 70-200 - nicely padded, good shoulder pad.

And it comes in something other than black.

Yea, a friend of mine has the 5mil, and for what you carry, the 7mil would be the one to go for.

The bags are brilliant quality, and look a bit nicer than your flat black jobs from other suppliers (I find at least).

I just got a Speed Freak; it's not quite big enough for your use (it can carry all your gear, but not with the 70-200 attached), but otherwise it is nearly identical to the Speed Racer. I love it so far. It has the beefiest padding on the shoulder strap that I've ever seen, and the retractable hip belt can take a big portion of the load off of your shoulder if you are carrying it far enough to care about that.

The design is very well thought out, and the quality is excellent. I had it out all day yesterday with a 6D, 24-105, 17-40, 70-200 f/2.8, and 85 f/1.8, changing lenses pretty regularly, and up on my feet for 4 hours straight; it worked great.

I use the Lowepro Pro Mag II. The strap is nice and comfortable, bag is not too big, bag is really padded and meets your other criteria.

I also have the Reporter 500 and 650 but they are now too big. The II of the 24-70 and 70-200 let me get rid of most of my primes in that range.

The belt will help take the load off. It's a nice bag to work out of.

Same here.

Except the 200 2.0L that for some reason I can't sell.

think tank retrospect 20 will fit a pro camera with 70-200 attached and the other lens and flash can also fit. I have no problems carrying a 1dx with a 70-200 or 100-400 with an extra lens or 2.
