I shoot T&I, and are looking for suggestions on scheduling/booking online. I would like to schedule blocks of time and let coaches pick a block. Does anyone know or use anything like this? The simpler the better for the client end.
Google calendar is ok, but it doesn't allow me to do what I want to do. With scheduling block of time, and allowing clients to schedule blocks of time.
I was going to suggest Google Calendar as well. I guess I'm not sure of EXACTLY what you need to do. I do know that you can take a calendar, send an invite of a shared calendar to your staff, or in this case, your clients, and all clients that have permissions, can enter dates into the calendar that everyone can see. Is that what you are trying to do?
