Great setup! Just wondering why both the 70-300 and 100-400mm? Seems to be too much of an overlap...unless you are intending to return one of them...

Nope. The 70-300 is for my wife. Going to Yellowstone this summer and she needed a telephoto too. Special now is get that for $199 when you buy the 6D combo.

For 200 bucks the 70-300 is a steal . Great lens when I had mine . Thinking ill get another as the lightweight bag option .

I am looking forward to "playing" with my new toys. As far as the 70-300 for her? She doesn't want the 100-400, put it on her rebel after it came in and she thought it was way too heavy so all is good.
